Delivery Timings
All our orders are delivered between 10 AM to 6 PM. On Sundays delivery are done after 1 PM as the vendors on Sunday operate after these hours, You may request a delivery for particular time, however we do not guarantee the accuracy of time deliveries.

Next Day Delivery:
All our orders take atleast 24 hours for delivery, The reason is that we only believe in fresh quality items and do not pick the ready made items from vendor, We place the order in advance with the vendor to ensure the best quality gift is delivered, However We can do a same day delivery on clients request.

Our Vendors:
Our Cakes are Purchased from Five Star Hotels for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi only, For other cities we used the best available bakery. Our Mithai is purchased from Nirala for Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and Peshawar Only, For Karachi its purchased from Rehmat-shree, For other cities we use the best available mithai shop.

Replacement Policy:
All products are personally chosen and inspected for quality. We use one of the best suppliers available in the country, However If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our items, please contact us with your order number within 3 days after delivery for replacement instructions. No refund is offered and only replacement will be offered

Credit Card billing:
 We do not use any third party credit card service for security reasons, We have our own US bank Merchant account and whatever you shop at our website is directly billed by our company and appears as "CDSTORE & GIFTS PAKISTAN" on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation:
Order once placed cannot be cancelled as its booked with suppliers and courier for the delivery.

Alternative Vendor:
On Occasions like Eid we may use an alternative reputable supplier to complete order, for e,g Cakes may be purchased from suppliers like Hob Nob and Mithai maybe purchased from Abdul Khaliq.
All items are purchased within the cities, therefore for the smaller cities, we only use the best supplier available in town. No Five star hotel cakes or Nirala Sweets Mithai will be available in smaller cities.

Late Delivery:
We always try to deliver the item on the requested date, however sometimes we may fail due to late placement of orders, Incomplete address or no one available at the given address.

Pending Delivery:
No refund will be issued on pending delivery, if in any case the address and telephone is incomplete we will contact the customer and if no response is received within 24 hours, we shall dispose the gift items.

Special Requests:
We will try our best to fulfill the special request of customer, i-e time delivery or cake flavours, However we cannot guarantee this on occasions like Eid, Ramdhan, Public Holidays and Valentines Day.

Holiday Service :
Holiday Service is not available in some small cities, in such case we shall deliver the gift a day before or next day.

Restrictions of few items on Occasions:
We will not be able to fulfill any order of Pizza, Burgers, Vouchers and Phone cards on occasions like Eid and Valentines. These items will be arranged a day earlier or a day later.

Credit Card Verification :
We will call and verify any order placed using Pakistani credit cards, If verification is not completed order will be cancelled.
